- The product was not delivered within the estimated delivery time and you no longer need it.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, the following are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.
- Products returned without valid proof of damage or defect (photos/videos).
- Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Refund Process

- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification once the refund is processed.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if only part of the order is affected (e.g., one item in a multi-item order is damaged).
